Responsibilities:

• Develop the whole HR dept. and its functions from scratch such as Talent acquisition, Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Retention etc.

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

• Supports management in devising critical business strategy and decision making

• Implement training and development plans and engagement activities

• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions

• Calculation/analysis of HR metrics including employee turnover rate and analysis of different engagement/satisfaction surveys using MS Excel

• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
